The employees at Wyboston Lakes Resort are integral to what we do, and what we believe in. Thus we want to spend time getting to know some of the individuals and their chosen careers. Over the course of 2018 we’ll explore different people and what they do on a day to day basis.
My typical day is to actively ensure our customers are satisfied with their AV set up for the day. First of all I check all meeting and conference rooms that are in use for the day. Then I ensure that laptops are working in line with our AV equipment and requirements of our customer are met.
Furthermore I will be on hand to fix any problems throughout the day. I will make sure they are investigated and corrected to ensure the guests are happy. In addition I want to make sure guests receive a high level, smooth and seamless service.

How Long have you been working at Wyboston Lakes?
Rob: Since January 2018 so 5 months now.
If you had to describe Wyboston Lakes in 3 words, what would you say?
Rob: Friendly, fun and rewarding.
What is the best part of your job?
Rob: Most of all I like interacting with different people and companies.
Finally, what do you do to make sure our guests have a memorable experience at Wyboston Lakes?
Rob: I ensure I have a friendly approach when talking to our guests, I am approachable and I like to ensure that our guests are happy and welcoming everyone that walks through the door.
